Our scope of service includes site visits,concept planning & development, presentations, curation, customisation and arrangements of decor for residential projects in kerala,metro cities in South India,UAE & Qatar.
The ideal time to approach us for a studio service is before 4 to 5 months of your home completion and it varies as per the project size, requirements and location.
We undertake selection and purchase assistance of your loose furniture, soft furnishings, decorative accessories, art, wall decor and statement lighting. Loose furniture includes your ready sofas, dining sets, ready cots, lounge chairs, consoles, coffee tables and other designer furniture pieces. Statement lighting includes decorative chandliers or designer lighting pieces conceptualised for your living,dining or foyer area.This does not involve general lighting fixtures. At times we also propose statement flooring for highlighting.
On project takeover, our trained team will study your furniture layout and inspirations or presentations, interact with you to understand your requirements & preferences, budget range, time feasibility etc. We will then prepare a cost estimate (if needed by the client) and suggest suitable cities for carrying out the purchases of your home decor as per your theme requirements. Later we will do a detailed site study visit (as per need) for recording measurements,photos and videos before the travel period.
ADD-ON SERVICES
Additional bespoke services designed to support deeper design involvement and on-ground coordination. Each add-on is offered selectively, based on project requirements and client preference.
Arrangement or Styling Services
The final setting and styling day arrangements (1 or 2 days) of decor accessories, wall art frames/decor, table lamps and soft furnishings may be undertaken by our team after the site is fully clean and all loose furniture and lighting assembling arrangements are completed by the client or concerned project management company. Carpentry & electrical labour, scaffolding arrangements etc needed for technical support at site to be arranged by client or concerned project management company.
We understand the need for discerning attention and superlative service. In special cases, we provide assistance to the overall development of color,texture & material palette needed for the surface treatment of all the interior decor elements like furniture finish, wooden floor concepts, wall and ceiling panel treatments, paint texture treatments, handles etc.
Assistance in preparing furniture layout drawings and altered electrical point drawings may be done in projects which need them.
Additional Design Services
Shipping Coordination Services
Shipping of purchases and its payment handling from other countries may be taken care by client or concerned agent. Shipping within the country may be coordinated to site by the supervision of our studio team via local agents assisting at the city of purchase. However any damages incurred during transit has to be borne by client as per terms of shipping agent or vendor.
